Café Rohdeløkken

Café Rohdeløkken is situated in the scenic surroundings of Bygdøy, a beautiful peninsula just a short distance from Oslo city center. Known for its coastal trails, beaches, and historic museums, Bygdøy is a favorite destination for a peaceful stroll. We invite you to a quiet break in pleasant surroundings, whether you prefer to sit inside or enjoy the fresh air outdoors.

Opening Hours

  • May: Saturday and Sunday 11:30–16:30 (Closed 16–17 May)
  • June, July, and August: Wednesday–Sunday 11:30–16:30
  • September: Saturday and Sunday 11:30–16:30

You will find us located at Wedels vei 2, right along the popular walking paths at Bygdøy.

Our Menu

We offer a selection of freshly baked goods, sandwiches, and traditional Norwegian waffles. For warmer days, we have popsicles and a variety of cold drinks, in addition to coffee, tea, beer, and wine.

Useful Information

  • Family-friendly: While we do not have a dedicated children's menu, favorites like waffles, ice cream, and soda are always available for the little ones.

  • Dogs: Four-legged friends are more than welcome to join you at our outdoor seating area.
