At the Eatery, we are self-sufficient year-round thanks to pickling, fermenting, and other preservation methods. We believe the best ingredients come when nature takes its course – which is why everything we serve is organic. Our commitment to sustainability has earned our eatery the Debio Gold Label.
In winter, you can enjoy à la carte dishes or a four-course menu in the restaurant. In summer, we serve a buffet, and you can dine in the greenhouse – right among our fresh produce.
We are open every weekend throughout the year and promise a menu based on our own organic ingredients – whether fresh or preserved. Since our offerings change frequently, there is no fixed menu online, but you can follow us on Instagram @bygdokongsgard to see what we have served before!
As a small farm restaurant, many dishes contain dairy, and we have limited options for allergies. We cannot guarantee food is free from traces of allergens such as nuts or gluten. Please contact us with any questions in advance.
