You can also get a tour of the Nursery. Please note that there is some distance between the different arenas.

Meeting outside the large dairy barn in Bygdøyveien 42.
Free parking.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring a dog on a tour.

Prices and Booking

140,- per adult participating, guide and bus driver goes for free
We can accommodate groups of up to 50 people.

Uncancelled tours within 48 hours on weekdays between 09.00 and 16.00 will be invoiced with NOK 600 on weekends and after 16.00 on weekdays the rate is NOK 1000,-.

All tours must be booked in advance.

Guided tours for schools and kindergardens

We welcome schools and kindergartens to a guided tour of Bygdø Royal Manor. Here you get to experience everything from spring lambing and early summer grazing to autumn crops and pre-Christmas atmosphere in the barns and stables.

Guided tours for families

Take the family on a visit to Bygdø Royal Manor. Here you will get an educational tour of the farm and a nice meeting with the animals.

The Nursery

Our vision is an organic and urban agriculture, where the cycles between the soil, plants, animals and people are at the center. The nursery conveys these values through courses, seminars, exhibitions, café offerings and an adapted hiking area for the whole family. The Nursery is part of the farm at Bygdø Royal Manor.

The Dairy Farm

At Bygdø Royal Manor, we are proud to have Oslo's only dairy farm! We make cheese the artisanal way from completely fresh organic milk from our own cows!

Café Rohdeløkken

We offer good bakery products, buttered sandwiches and sandwiches. Buns and soft drinks for the children. We have good organic quality coffee and tea, as well as good beer and good wines. Café Rohdeløkken is located in scenic surroundings in Wedels vei 2 on Bygdøy.

The Riding School

Bygdø Royal Manor runs a riding school for beginners to slightly advanced riders. All the riding takes place at our three outdoor riding arenas and in the immediate area around the farm. We do not do riding at a competitive level.
